Each program is customized based on your goals and fitness level. Upon completing a brief questionnaire and speaking with me 1 on 1, you will receive a world class fitness regimen that combines strength training, cardio exercises, flexibility work, and nutritional recommendations.

Yes. I currently offer in-person personal training sessions for clients in the Greater Boston area. The frequency of sessions depends on your availability and preferences. We can discuss and create a schedule that fits seamlessly into your routine. 

Yes, I offer remote coaching services that require commitment to a heavy communication. This will ensure I am able to guide you through workouts, monitor your progress, and provide ongoing support.

As a former NPC Bikini Athlete, I understand how important credibility might be. I currently hold a NASM and PPSC certification. These credentials ensure that I have the knowledge and expertise to design effective and safe fitness programs.

I use various methods such as regular assessments, measurements, and client feedback to track progress. Monthly adjustments are made to ensure continued success

Yes, nutritional guidance is offered with my coaching services. I can help you create a balanced and sustainable eating plan that aligns with your fitness goals. 

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please inform me at least a day in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. 

Payments can be made through my website, by invoice, Apple Pay, or Zelle. Details regarding fees and payment schedules will be discussed during our initial consultation.

  • For in-person training, each 30-minute session will cost $50 a session, or $175 a month. Nutritional plans are available for $50 as an initial fee, and $25 each additional month for updates to that plan.
  • Online training and nutritional plans are provided at the rate of $150 as an initial fee and $50 each additional month for updates that plan.
