I) I will contact you via email to schedule the initial consultation.
II) During the initial consultation you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
III) You will immediately communicate any concerns (discomfort or pain) arising from your Personal or Individual Training sessions.
IV) A Client Satisfaction Survey will be e-mailed to you following the completion of
each month’s services.
V) Cancellations: Your designated payment method will be charged on a monthly
recurring basis as updates are made to your plan at the same rate UNLESS cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of your next billing cycle. The billing cycle starts on the day you sign our agreement.
